NaNoWriMo, Day 1

If "Friendship Was Magic" taught me anything, it was that writing can inflate quickly. I haven't gotten through more than two character introductions and the setup for some early exposition. I may have time later tonight to plunk out some more.
Also, I need to assemble a list of toys.
